SHIPPING POLICY - RETAIL AND WHOLESALE

We ship most of our retail packages via Australia Post when this is the most cost-effective method. We can also provide tracking information for the mail carrier upon request.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or responsible for additional shipping charges if the package is returned to us because of an address error, customer absence, or package refusal.

If an address needs to be changed AFTER the order has been placed, we will do our best to make the necessary changes, but we are not responsible for packages that have already been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not responsible if your package is held at customs and is returned to us. While most packages are delivered without a problem, sometimes it does take time. Please be patient and contact your mail carrier or customs office if your package is delayed. We are not responsible for VAT charges or additional customs fees.

Agreena is unable to accept returns simply because the product is used for food storage. But please DO contact us with any concerns and questions you may have and we will do our best to help you.
